Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app: open Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate after you confirm.

If that flow fails, email admin@silasapp.ai and we will help complete the request. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

If you are in crisis

Silas is a companion, not a pastor, therapist, or emergency service. We are not monitored in real time. If you are in immediate danger, call emergency services. In the United States, you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
